运动裁判执法表现受唤醒水平影响之初探

裁判是运动竞赛中不可缺少的角色,担任比赛规则的代言人,执行仲裁的工作,经文献指出其担任执法的过程当中,经常受到相当程度的心理压力,但大部分有关压力的研究均着重在教练或选手的身上,裁判是被忽视的参赛者,运动裁判执法表现就像运动员一样,深受唤醒水平的影响,过去有关唤醒水平对运动裁判的影响集中在探讨裁判感受压力的程度、压力造成的因素、不同年龄、文化裁判对执法压力的对应策略等,而所使用的测量工具均以问卷为主,对于实务性的身体唤醒水平与表现间相关的研究却相当的缺乏,以运动裁判职责与功能的立场角度而言,临场的执法表现是最重要的,因此,为提升运动裁判执法的表现与功能的发挥,实际执法表现与唤醒水平的相关研究是值得探讨的课题。
