| 摘 要： | 随着国内高校规模的迅速扩大和教育体制的不断改革，高校教务管理工作量大幅度增加，其复杂性也越来越高，这使得开发高效的基于网络的教务管理系统成为紧迫的任务。本文就以开发华北科技学院教务管理系统（NCIST—TMS）为项目背景，研究了架构分析和设计中的一系列方法和过程，从而有效降低项目失败的风险。
