| 摘 要： | 通过对基层少年儿童训练与比赛情况的调查,发现存在着早期专项化训练的现象,这一现象对少年儿童运动员的身心健康发展、后背人才的培养以及我国的竞技体育水平都有着很大的危害性。对造成早期专项化训练的原因进行分析,同时提出了改变这一训练现象的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through to the basic unit youth training and the competition situation investigation, the phenomenon of the early special training has been discovered, this phenomenon to the youth athlete's healthy in mind and body development, reserve talent person's raise as well as our country athletics sports level all has the very big hazardous. This topic to create the reason of the early special training to carry on the analysis. Simultaneously carried the countermeasure and the suggestion to change this training phenomenon. |
