液压机分配阀芯驱动凸轮升程曲线优化设计

摘    要:为方便控制由凸轮驱动分配阀芯的液压机速度,提出一种阀芯开启度与凸轮转角成线性关系的凸轮升程曲线,导出凸轮升程曲线方程及其压力角的数学模型。在分析液压机分配阀芯驱动凸轮工作特征的基础上,以凸轮升程曲线最大压力角为目标函数,对凸轮升程曲线进行优化设计,并将其成功地应用于300 MN模锻水压机,结果表明优化效果十分显著。

Abstract:In order to conveniently control the speed of hydraulic press whose distributor spools are driven by cam mechanism,a linear relationship between the open gap of spool and cam rotary angle was put forward.Based on this,a new right cam lifting curve was put forward.Its curve equation and pressure angle mathematic model were established.Based on the analysis of working characteristics of relative parameters of cam mechanism and the maximum pressure angle after lifting curve minimized,the cam lifting curve was designed.It was successfully applied in 300MN die forging hydraulic press.The practical application shows that the optimization result is very prominent.
