摘    要:针对 TiCl_4 在氧中燃烧获得TiO_2 的管式反应器特点,建立过程的热力学研究方法,导出系统平衡温度和平衡转化率计算式,推定反应表观频率因子。对年产 1000 t工业试验规模的反应系统进行计算,得出不同边界散热条件下反应流动过程的 TiO_2 平衡转化率和介质平衡温度,与试验结果基本吻合。这一方法避开反应动力学等过程机理的复杂因素,更适用于开发研究。

Abstract:A thermodynamic study was specially made to TiO2 obtained from TiCl4 which is combusting in O2 atmosphere in a tubular reactor. Formulae of the equilibrium temperature and rate of equilibrium transform were thus derived for the system with an apparent reaction frequency factor given. Moreover, an industrial pilot run with annual output up to 1000 t was calculated for its reacting system. Tn this way the rate of equilibrium transform of TiO2 and equilibrium temperature of medium in the continuous flow of chemical reaction under different boundary and heat radiation conditions were obtained and proved basically in agreement with experimental results. This thermodynamic approach will be more suitable for development and research since it can be used instead of the conventional reaction dynamic method of which some aspects involving complicate behavior shall be considered.
