剪刀型双锌卟啉的合成、表征及组装性能

摘    要:利用"bottom-up"合成策略设计和构筑了一个剪刀型锌双卟啉1,即先合成它的两类构件化合物:1,8-二[3-(氯羰基)苄氧基]蒽醌6和5-(3-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉7,然后通过酰氯和氨基的缩合得到目标化合物.详细报导了化合物1、4、5、8、9的合成和表征,并讨论了目标化合物1的结构特点和与双功能客体(Bpy)的组装性能.

Abstract:A tweezers-type bis ( zinc porphyrin) 1 was designed and constructured according to the " bottom-up" method. That is, its two building block: 1,8-bis [3-(chlorocarbonyl)benzyloxy]anthraquinone 6 and 5-( 3- aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin 7 were prepared at first, and then they were directly used for condensation and afforded the target compound 1. The synthesis and characterization of compounds 1,4,5,8 and 9 were showed, and the structure and assembly properties with bifunctional guest( Bpy) of target compound 1 were also deliberately discussed in the report.
