| 摘 要： | 京派文人汪曾祺作为小说名家、散文大家享誉当代文坛。随着生活质量的提高，生活节奏的加快，汪曾祺古朴明净、冲淡早和的散文越来越受到现代人的喜爱。蕴含其中的风俗人情、知识考据、生活哲理不但使汪曾祺的美食散文厚重亮丽，而且充分彰显了汪曾祺美食散文的文化价值。
