摘    要:为解决传统收口设计开发主要依靠设计人员的经验而导致开发周期长、成本高的问题,设计并开发了针对热收口工艺的智能设计集成系统,将基于知识的工程和基于规则的推理技术运用到收口工艺三维设计中.通过特征识别等智能设计技术,推理出收口前坯料的初始形状,实现了CAD/CAE的集成;运用有限元软件对初始设计进行正向模拟,并自动根据模拟结果,应用优化算法对收口模具内形和收口前坯料进行修改;通过迭代优化后获得合适的收口模具内形和收口前坯料的设计.通过实例证明,集成智能设计系统能使设计的收口工艺方案更加合理、可靠,避免反复重新设计和验证修改,并减少设计人员的工作量,能极大地提高收口产品设计的设计效率.

Abstract:An intelligent integration system for shell nosing design was in-house developed to reduce the cost of the shell nosing design which used to depend on the designer's experience.The system used the technology of KBE(Knowledge Based Engineering) and RBR(Rule Based Reasoning) into the design of shell nosing product,intelligently reasoned the preform by feature recognition.The integration of CAD/CAE was achieved in this intelligent system and then it used FEM software to do forward-deformation simulation.The inner-shape of the die or the shape of the initial preform was modified automatically according to the optimization algorithm.And then the preliminary optimized shape was used to do another simulation and get a better shape.Repeat the process iteratively,and got a final optimized shape of die and preform.An application proves the intelligent integration system can make the design more credible and avoid the reduplicate work to redesign and modification.It reduces the workload of the designer,so it can improve the design efficiency.
