Bayes定数截尾序贯寿命试验程序及其在滚动轴承寿命考核中的应用

摘    要:本文针对两参数Weibull分布提出了一种Bayes定效截尾序贯寿命试验程序(BISP Bayesian Item-censored Sequential Procedure for lifetime test),并付诸应用于滚动轴承考核。该程序既充分利用有关轴承寿命的先验知识又及时利用试验过程中所获得的信息作出统计决策—或接收、或拒收、或继续试验。Monte Carlo模拟及应用实例表明对于相同的寿命水平BISP和现行的经典方法效力很好吻合,但前者较后者所需试验时间大为缩短。

Abstract:This paper provides a Bayesian item-censored sequential procedure for lifetime test (BISP) on two-parameter Weibull distribution and puts it into effect in the assessment of roiling bearing's lifetime. The procedure makes full use of prior knowledge and the information obtained in the process of lifetime test to make the decision to accept, to reject, or to continue. Monte Carlo computer simulation and a cited example of application show thaat the effects of the BISP and the current classical methods are well-matched for the same quality of product, but the required test time for the BISP is much shorter.
