| 摘 要： | 实验结果显示，将客家体育跳绳项目引入到中学体育课堂中，进行跳绳娱乐化教学，能使学生获得更大的愉悦感，有利于培养学生体育兴趣，调动学生学习积极性和主动性，对提高学生身体素质和运动能力，促进心理健康发展具有显著效果。 |

| Abstract: | Experiment shows that introduction of Hakkas＇rope - skipping into the sports class of middle school for recreation - based education can make students gain great pleasure. Such sport is favorable for fostering students＇interest in sports, mobilizing their learning initiative, improving their physical quality and sport ability and promoting their psychological health. |
