| 摘 要： | 地震是人类社会面临的一种严重的自然灾害之一，破坏力极强，人民的生命和财产损失也很大。但目前为止地震预报还是存在很多困难的，只有通过对建筑物的勘察、设计和施工来提高建筑物的抗震性能，将地震带来的损失降至最小。

| Abstract: | Earthquake is one of the grisly natural disasters that human have to face. Has a strong Destructive Power, which are harmful for people's life and property tremendously. but the earthquake prediction is difficulty. only by Investigating, designing and constructing the buildings to improve seismic behavior and bring the loss to the minimum. |
