温度对平流层飞艇囊体材料蠕变性能的影响

摘    要:蠕变是长航时平流层飞艇囊体材料的重要性能指标,对飞艇在长时间飞行中结构的稳定性具有重要意义。受限于蠕变试验设备及方法,飞艇囊体材料一般只进行常温的蠕变试验。为研究温度对平流层飞艇囊体材料的蠕变性能的影响,利用可控温的持久蠕变性能测试仪,将蠕变试验温度分别设置为-50、23、60℃,通过持久蠕变试验方法测试不同温度状态下平流层飞艇囊体材料的蠕变性能,计算了囊体材料的蠕变应变并给出了相应的蠕变曲线,分析了温度对平流层囊体材料蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:承力层为Vectran纤维的平流层飞艇囊体材料具有较低的蠕变率;相同应力状态下,蠕变的性能随温度而变化,温度越高,蠕变量越大,蠕变速度越快。可见温度对囊体材料的蠕变量和蠕变速度有明显的影响,在平流层飞艇的设计和分析中需将其作为参考指标。试验方法为平流层飞艇囊体材料的蠕变性能测试提供了新的试验途径,试验分析结果可应用于平流层飞艇的设计和囊体材料的研究,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:As a significant performance index of envelope material of stratospheric airship in long endurance, creep is of great significance to the structural stability of airships in long-term flight. Due to the limitation of creep testing equipment and methods, creep tests of airship envelope materials were usually carried out only at room temperature. In order to study the effect of temperature on the creep properties of stratospheric airship envelope materials, the creep test temperatures were set to -50, 23 and 60 degrees respectively by means of a temperature-controlled durable creep performance tester. the creep strain and curve of envelope material were calculated and the temperature effect on the creep performance was analyzed. The results show that envelope material with the bearing layer of fiber Vectran is of lower deformation rate, and both the deformation rate and speed of the envelope material are significantly affected by temperature. It can be seen that temperature has a significant effect on the creep rate and creep rate of the cyst material, which should be taken as a reference index in the design and analysis of stratospheric airship. The test method in this paper provides a new way to test the creep properties of the stratospheric airship envelope material. The test results can be applied to the design of the stratospheric airship and the research of the envelope material, which has certain engineering application value.
