摘    要:硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)在发射过程中,会受到惯性力、正弦载荷及随机载荷的激励,同时支撑结构与星载载荷振动也会相互影响,因此需要对整星进行动态性能分析。对于HXMT整星结构,无法进行理论计算,且由于结构内部的局限性,力学振动试验只能测试有限个点的动态响应,因此对整星进行有限元分析是一种行之有效的方法。整星结构部件众多,连接复杂,必须对各个星载载荷进行合理的简化,以避免网格数量巨大导致计算收敛困难的问题。文章在理论分析基础上,提出了一种有效地建立整星结构合理有限元模型的方法,并借助HXMT的动态试验进行了验证,得到了总体的动态性能。研究结果为同类卫星的有限元分析提供方法,具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract:The hard X-ray modulation telescope (HXMT) is excited by inertial force, sinusoidal load and random load during the launching process, and the supporting structure interacts with the vibration of the spaceborne load. Therefore, the dynamic performance analysis of the whole satellite is required. For the HXMT whole satellite structure, theoretical calculations cannot be performed, and due to the limitations within the structure, the mechanical vibration test can only test the dynamic response of a finite number of points. Therefore, finite element analysis of the whole satellite is an effective method. There are many structural components of the whole star, the connection is complex, and the scale is huge. It is necessary to rationally simplify each space load to avoid the problem that the number of grids is huge and the calculation convergence is difficult. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper proposes an effective method to establish a reasonable finite element model of the whole satellite structure, and validates it with the dynamic test of HXMT whole satellite, and obtains the overall dynamic performance. The research results provide a method for finite element analysis of similar satellites and have strong reference value.
