| 摘 要： | 本文首先说明, 集体决策与个人决策相比较, 既有积极的正效应, 也有消极的和合理的二种副效应。应用GDSS技术和AHP方法, 可以支持集体决策的正效应, 抑制消极的副效应及兼容合理的副效应, 最后通过一个实例, 说明如何建立集体决策的AHP模型。

| Abstract: | Comparing group dicision making with personal decision mak- ing,there are active and positive effect as well as negtive and rationable effects. It’s possible with GDSS and AHP to support positive effect,restrain negtive and give consideration to rationable side effects. An example is used to illustrate how to build an AHP model for group decision making. |
