储罐外防腐层机械化维修工艺研究

探索一种新的储罐外防腐层维修工艺,替代国内目前人工吊篮作业或搭脚手架人工施工作业的施工工艺,解决人工施工防腐层涂敷质量不稳定,人工高空作业安全风险大等问题,降低对喷漆工带来职业健康危害。通过对防腐工艺及装备的研究,经过专家论证、查验标准和现场试验,表明可采用高压水射流作业进行储罐表面外防腐层除锈,并且使用多功能爬壁机器人完成对罐体外防腐层的涂敷施工。

Exploring a New Maintenance Process for External Anti-corrosion Coating of Storage Tank

with the rapid development of China"s economy, the storage and transportation of oil and gas is not only related to the people"s livelihood but also to China"s comprehensive national strength. With the increasing number of new storage tanks, the anti-corrosion construction of storage tanks has become a topic of increasing concern in the industry. At present, the traditional construction process is mostly manual basket operation or scaffold construction. The coating quality of the anti-corrosion coating for manual construction is unstable, and a large number of manual high-altitude operations increase the safety risks in the construction operation, while bringing occupational health hazards to the painters. Therefore, in order to improve the construction environment and the construction quality of the anti-corrosion coating, we explore a new maintenance process of the anti-corrosion coating outside the tank, Through the research and exploration of anti-corrosion technology and equipment, expert demonstration, inspection standards and field tests, we have shown that high-pressure water jet operation can be used to remove rust on the external anti-corrosion coating of the tank surface, and a multi-functional wall climbing robot can be used to complete the coating of the external anti-corrosion coating of the tank.
