| 摘 要： | 通过对青岛海尔集团的十七年发展分析,透视出企业文化建设的重要性。企业文化的核心为创新精神,它的基本内容为管理的变革。“海尔”文化的建设,有以下启示:文化观念的变革是企业深化改革的前提;只有先进的文化和当代商业精神有机的结合,才能造就一流的企业;企业的文化建设促进企业无形资产的升值。

| Abstract: | The analytical result of Qingdao Haier Group' s 17-year development shows the importance of the industrial culture construction. The core of the industrial couture is the spirit of creativeness, whose basic content is the evolution of management. From the construction of the Haier culture, the author has get three enlightenments: the first one, the evolution of the cultural ideology is the precondition for deepening the industrial reform; the second one, only the organic combination of the advanced culture and the contemporary business spirit can bring about a first - rate enterprise; the last one, the construction of the industrial culture will promote the upvaluation of the invisible industrial assets. |
