| Abstract: | First this paper addresses the structure of self-adaptability, selectrivty and cohesion upon the structure of fuzzy rerelation, then one can make the fuzzy decision-making and evaluation. Furthermore, it provides a fuzzy decision-making analysis method for personnel management. |
