| 摘 要： | 以５种天然汁代替激素２，４－Ｄ、ｋｔ对绞股蓝愈伤组织增殖效庆进行研究，结果表明：所用５种天然汁以玉米汁的效应最佳，最佳浓度为７．５ｍＬ．Ｌ＾－１，其次是荸荠 汁，最佳浓度为１０．０ｍＬ．Ｌ６－１。

| Abstract: | The effects has been reseaxched that natural julce produces on the multiplication of Gynostemma pentaphylum Makino. callus. The result revealed that Inaize julce of five kinds of ed juices can best promete the multiplication of lerstemi pentophyluzn Makino. callus. Water - nut julce is next to maize julce. When maize juice is con1hined with water - nut juice to multiply callus, the highbe rate 0f pe eds 7. 65.
