新型浓缩柱填料富集Cu2+和Pb2+的研究

摘    要:采用一种新型的纤维型浓缩柱填料来富集水溶液中的Cu^2 、Pb^2 离子,详细讨论其富集条件和解吸条件。为了研究这种柱填料在实际应用中的可行性和重现性,还进行了精密度试验和回收率试验,并用低压离子色谱检测浓缩后的Cu^2 、Pb^2 离子浓度。试验结果表明,Cu^2 、Pb^2 离子在球形纤维素填料上的浓度缩效果取决于溶液的pH值,pH值越大,浓缩效果越好。方法的变异系数小于2.5%,回收率在97.6%和99.8%之间。由此可见,这种新型的浓缩柱填料可用于富集水溶液中的微量Cu^2 、Pu^2 离子。

Abstract:A new concentration column filling based on spheroidal cellulose type was adopted here to enrich trace amounts of Cu 2+ and Pb 2+ ions from aqueous solutions. The enrichment and desorption conditions were discussed. In order to evaluate the reproducibility and feasibility of this column filling in the practical application, the precision and recovery tests were conducted. Then the concentrated contents of Cu 2+ and Pb 2+ ions were determined by low_pressure ion chromatography (LPIC). The enrichment of Cu 2+ and Pb 2+ ions on the spheroidal cellulose filling has been found to be pH dependent. The variation coefficients are less than 2.5% with the recoveries ranging from 97.6% to 99.8%. Consequently, this new concentration column filling is feasible in the enrichment of trace amounts of Cu 2+ and Pb 2+ ions from aqueous solutions.
