基于PLC的船舶燃油锅炉模拟新型实验系统

摘    要:针对船舶燃油锅炉控制对象多元性的特点,构建了一种基于PLC的新型船舶燃油锅炉实验模拟系统.为了逼真反映船舶燃油锅炉工作原理和工作过程,建立了锅炉本体及燃油锅炉控制箱的仿真实物模型,设计了燃烧、水位信号检测电路,利用PLC开发了燃烧过程和水位控制程序.实际应用验证了该模拟系统的可行性。

Abstract:The construction and function of marine auxiliary fuel boiler control system was introduced in this paper and then according to the diversification of marine auxiliary fuel boiler control system a new simulation experimental system for marine auxiliary fuel boiler which was controlled by PLC was constructed.In order to well reflect the principle and working process of ship boiler,a physical simulation model of the boiler and its control box was established and an electric circuit for boiler combustion and water level detection was designed.The combustion process and water level control program were developed using PLC.The feasibility of the simulation system was validated after practical application in the laboratory.
