甘薯种质资源亲缘关系SRAP标记分析

摘    要:利用SRAP标记技术对86份甘薯品种亲缘关系进行了分析,实验选用了30对SRAP引物组合,每个引物组合分别产生10~40个扩增带,30对引物共产生了87个多态性条带,平均每对引物组合产生2.9个多态性条带.在遗传距离(GD)为0.81处,可将86个甘薯品种分为A、B、C、D四类.A类包含77个品种,占全部实验材料的89%.结合材料来源的分析结果表明,四川省育成的甘薯种质资源大多聚在一类,表明我省育成的甘薯品种资源的遗传范围还较为狭窄.

Abstract:Thirty SRAP primers giving stable amplified profiles detected 87 alleles among the lines tested. The average number of alleles per SRAP locus was 2.9 with a range from 10 to 40. When GD=0.81 was used as standard line, 86 sweet potato breeds were compartmentalized to four genus(A,B,C,D),in which A genus contains 77 sweet potato breeds accounting for 89% of the whole materials. With the origins of material ,the study showed, the genetic diversity of sweet potato breeds in Sichuan is small, and genetic base is quite limited.
