| 摘 要： | 一个复杂的单片机应用系统总是由许多的基本元件或部件组成的，如何根据这些元部件的可靠性去估计系统的可靠性，是系统可靠性工程研究的主要内容。因此研究可靠性结构模型仍然具有重要的意义，可民为我们进行电路设计和实际应用中提高系统可靠性的指导原则，以下通过K／N系统的可靠性结构模型分析及其应用来进一步阐明。

| Abstract: | A complex Microcomputer System is always composed of a lot of basic elements.How to extimate the reliability of the system on the basis of these elements is the important content of engineering research of the system reliability.So it is important to research the reliability structure model and it can be the guiding principle to design electrocircuit,improve system reliability in pratice.Now we can explain it by analysising the K/N structure model of reliability of the system. |
