摘    要:在不良地质的大断面双线客运专线铁路隧道工程施工中,针对合福铁路古井头隧道浅埋、偏压、围岩等级高稳定性差等特点,结合现场实际条件对隧道施工工艺进行研究,通过加强超前管棚预支护注浆加固周边围岩、初期支护,合理优化开挖方法,综合变形监控等手段,探讨并总结适合该地质条件的合理施工技术.
