大型马歇尔试验击实次数

摘    要:大粒径碎石沥青混合料能减少甚至消除车辙。通过对大型马歇尔不同击实次数击实成型试验各参数的对比分析,从理论和试验上确定了大型马歇尔击实成型试验的击实次数为112次。经过标准马歇尔击实试验和大型马歇尔击实试验的对比研究,验证了大型马歇尔击实112次成型试件的稳定度和流值分别为标准马歇尔击实75次成型试件的2 25倍和1 50倍,从而确定大型马歇尔试验的技术指标。

Abstract:The asphalt mixture with large stones can reduce premature rutting of asphalt pavement, but its compaction degree is a key index for pavement operation. The striking times of large scale Marshall compaction tests was analyzed and computed, it was determined 112 times. At this compaction condition the stability and flow value of asphalt mixture are 2.25 time and (1.50) time to the ones that were measured under standard Marshall compaction tests, and its striking times are 75.
