| 摘 要： | 综述了高效酰化催化剂4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的合戍方法及应用前景．在比较现有合戍条件的基础上，采用异烟酸为原料，经酰化、霍夫曼降解、重氮化、二甲胺化的路线来制取DMAP，并对反应条件、操作流程作了一系列的探索。

| Abstract: | This article summarizes the synthetic method of 4-Dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and its applying prospect. Comparing with former methods, we choose isonicotinamide as raw material and get through a series of reactions such as Hoffmann reaction to obtain the object. At the same time, it also discusses this experiment's conditions and proves it a better one. |
