阳离子淀粉的干法研制

摘    要:用3-氯-2羟丙基三甲胺氯化物和碱性催化剂的混合物,在干燥条件下,与淀粉(例如玉米淀粉反应,以制备阳离子淀粉,该方法没有任何污染。

Abstract:Cationic starch is prepared by an essentially pollution free method wherein starch(for example corn starch, canna edulis ker starch or cassara starch) is reacted with a mixture of 3 chloro 2 hydroxy propyl trimethy lammonium chloride and alkali catalyst under substantially dry reaction conditions. Moreover, this paper studies the effects of several factors(different catalysts, reaction temperature and reaction time) on the degree of substitution and reaction efficiency. The resultant cationic starch finds particular use in paper making.
