群青颜料粒子微胶囊化及其表面分维的求算

摘    要:对群青颜料粒子进行了微胶囊化研究,在其表面包覆一层无色耐酸壳膜,使其具有耐酸性,分析了影响囊化群青的耐酸性及色差的各种因素,通过对群青粒子扫描电镜图象进行计算处理,建立一种新的表面分形维数的求取方法,并用分形维数表征群青 颜料子的表面形貌及其耐酸性。

Abstract:This paper studies the microencapsulation of particles of ultramarine pigment by an acid resistant clorless shell. The surface of the particle is covered and this gives the ultramarine pigment acid resistance. The factors that affect the acid resistance and color difference of the capsuled ultramarine pigment are discussed. By means of treating the pictures of SEM of pigment particles with a computer, a new method of evaluating fractal dimension is proposed. The fractal dimension can be used to characterize the surface shape and acid resistance of the ultramarine pigment.
