压力跟踪供油与定压力供油静压轴承比较

摘    要:介绍压力跟踪供油静压轴承的工作原理,就其主要性能参数与定压力供油静压轴承作了分析对比,结果表明该轴承的承载能力、轴承刚度、泵功耗和摩擦功耗等性能参数比后者优良,文还指明这种轴承的适用条件。

Abstract:This paper introduces the principle of the pressure-following feeding hydrostatic bearing and a comprehensive analysis of the effect of pressure-following feeding on the working of hydrostatic bearings. A comparison with the conventional steady pressure feeding bearing is made, and the result shows that the performance parameters such as load capacity, bearing stibbness, power loss of pump and friction etc are superiority to the later at all. The usable conditions of this bearing are also introduced.
