| 摘 要： | 使用温度传感器、集流环输出信号的方法，测得了蜗轮齿面有代表性的各点在不同截荷、不同润滑剂条件下的一系列温度数值，通过理论分析，得出了与运动与啮合特性相一致的结果，对蜗杆副的设计、制造、安装、调试及润同的选择有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Values of a series of temperatures of typical points on the surface of a worm wheel are measured using temperature sensor and collection rings under the conditions of different loads and different varieties of lubricants. Important conclusions are drawn by the theoretical analysis of these measured temperatures which reflect the motion and meshing characteristics of the worm. They have great significance in the design, manufacture, installation and adjustment of the worm gear and the choice of lubricants. |
