机床模态测试中的相对动态响应及其应用

摘    要:从机床的振动响应出发,探讨相对原点模态动柔度方法在机床模态分析中应用的可能性,以及该方法在卧式加工中心模态实验中应用的有效性,结果表明,在机床振动中并非每一阶主振型都会对加工质量构成较大影响,提高机床抗振性主要是减少刀具与工作台之间的相对振动相对动柔度和提高优势模态频率。

Abstract:The possibility of using the relative modal dynamic rigidity in modal analysis is discussed and its effect is also shown in some examples in this paper. The superior mode, that is, the relative vibration response between the cutting tool and working table, not only influences the machining quality of the workpiece, but causes self-excited vibration of the machine tool. One of the best ways to reduce the vibration is to increase the relative dynamic rigidity or raise the frequency of the superior mode.
