| 摘 要： | 从中小学信息技术教育课程面临的计算机软件知识产权保护方面的问题着手，研究开源软件在中小学使用的现状和发展趋势，结合我国中小学信息技术普及的现状，指出了开源软件在中小学信息技术教育发展中的优势。
