摘    要:文章主要系统阐述了甘薯叶的营养成份,综述近年来国内外对红薯茎叶化学成分分析,介绍了其中具有生物活性的成分以及提取物在医疗保健作用等方面的研究进展,同时展望了甘薯叶的应用价值及发展前景。

Abstract:The nutritive components of sweet potato leaves are elaborated and reviewed the research advances of chemical compositions of sweet potato leaves in recent years.Its bioactive components and the development of the medical functions of the extracts are summarized.The application and development of sweet potato leaves are described.
