摘    要:针对静止轨道目标监视的需求,分析了静止轨道目标的雷达散射截面(RCS)特性. 以此为基础,研究和设计了天基雷达的轨道高度、重访周期、天线形式以及天线尺寸,探讨了天基逆合成孔径雷达的成像分辨率与其他系统参数的关系,给出了顺行轨道和逆行轨道情况下达到一定的横向分辨率所需要的积累时间. 研究结果表明,利用天基宽带雷达实现对静止轨道目标的近距离监视是可行的.

Abstract:With a view to the requirement of geostationary orbital objects surveillance, the RCS characteristic of geostationary orbital targets is analyzed. Based on the work, the orbital altitude and revisiting period of space-based radar are designed in detail, so are the antenna's form and size. The relationship between imaging resolutions of spaceborne ISAR and system parameters is discussed. Furthermore, the integration time according to appointed cross range resolution is proposed on the direct orbit or retrograde orbit conditions. The research work indicates that it is feasible to surveil geostationary orbital objects nearby relatively using spaceborne wideband radar.
