有保护层的岩石冲击损伤实验研究

摘    要:利用一级轻气炮,对有保护层和无保护层的砂岩、花岗岩和大理岩试件进行冲击实验,并对试件进行冲击压力测试和声波测试,利用试件端面产生的冲击压力波形分析保护层对冲击作用的影响,利用实验前后的声波速度变化情况衡量岩石试件的损伤度。实验结果表明,在其它实验条件基本一致时,有保护层的岩石试件所受的冲击压力比无保护层时降低了60%左右;波速降低率也明显减小,损伤度降低率在14.8%~48.2%之间。说明保护层能够对受冲击作用的岩石起到很好的保护作用。

Abstract:The impact damage experiments were carried out by the one-stage light-gas gun on sandstone,granite and marble with or without protective layer.The pressure test and ultrasonic test were also done.According to the impact pressure waveform on the rock surface,the impact effect on protective layer could be analyzed;according to the change of ultrasonic velocity happened before and after the experiment,the damage level of the rock could be analyzed.The experimental results show that under the same experimental condition,the impact pressure on the rock with protective layer decrease by around 60%,comparing with those without protective layer;the decreasing rate of ultrasonic velocity is also apparently reduced,and the decreasing rate of damage is between 14.8% and 48.2%.These show that the protective layer can protect the rock well in impact damage experiments
