摔跤运动员金葡菌检测与消毒效果观察

由于国际式摔跤特殊的技术要求及训练特点,青少年运动员训练后疖、痈病时有发生,因此,有必要对国际摔跤运动员金黄色葡萄球菌的感染情况进行检测,结果发现,非摔跤专业组运动员测出5份金葡菌DNA阳性(8.33%).摔跤专业组运动员检出41份为金葡菌DNA阳性(68.33%);即感染情况相当严重.采用紫外线射消毒组运动员检出7份为金葡菌DNA阳性(11.67%)感染明显下降;提示紫外线照射消毒法方便有效,消毒效果明显高于来苏儿溶液消毒法.

Detection and Disinfections of Staphylococcus in Wrestling Grappler

To investigate the prevalence of Staphylococcus infection in adolescent wrestling grappler and build a more effective disinfect method,DNA of Staphylococcus has been tested by polymerase chain reaction in samples of non-professional players.The result is that DNA of Staphylococcus is detected by 5(8.33%),while in 41(68.33%) of professional ones whose cushion is disinfected with phenol and 7(11.67%) of adolescent wrestling grapplers whose cushion is disinfected with ultraviolet.The conclusion is that in adolescent wrestling grappler the pollution of Staphylococcus is very severe(p<0.01),and disinfection with ultraviolet is more effective than the old method with phenol(p<0.01) in wrestling cushion.
