火电厂汽包锅炉汽温控制的研究进展与发展趋势

摘    要:火电厂汽包锅炉出口的过热蒸汽温度是整个汽水行程中工质的最高温度,对于电厂的安全经济运行有着重大影响.由于汽温调节过程是典型的大时延热工过程,受控对象为多容量、大惯性系统,扰动因素众多,给汽温调节带来很大的困难.基于火电厂汽包锅炉过热汽温控制方法的多样化,本文介绍了过热汽温控制系统的结构、控制方法及其发展现状与趋势.

Abstract:The superheated steam temperature is the maximum temperature in steam drum boiler of thermal power plant, it has the significant influence regarding the power plant security economy movement.Because the steam warm adjustment process is a typical big extends, big inertial system, it hardly be controlled well for the multi-capacities.
