| 摘 要： | 针对现实中老年人使用ATM中存在的各种问题,提出了ATM界面的可用性设计原则。首先以对52名老年人使用ATM情况的调查结果,及老年人认知特性为基础,分析影响老年人使用ATM的3类因素,再根据3类因素中涉及到的具体问题提出相应的设计原则,并对这些原则的可行性进行分析。

| Abstract: | For variety problems of elderly use ATM in reality, propose usability design principles for ATM interface. First, based on52 elderly use ATM case finding and cognitive characteristics, 3 categories factors of influence for elderly use ATM were analyzed.According to 3 categories factors related to specific problem, propose appropriate design principles, and analyze the feasibility of these principles. |
