摘    要:在自制的干摩擦磨损试验机上,研究了3种不同石墨形态铸铁与半金属摩擦材料配副的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:蠕墨铸铁的摩擦系数高于球铁,在高速、高接触压力条件下,与灰铁相当;其磨损率接近球铁,约为灰铁磨损率的二分之一。

Abstract:By using a self made dry sliding testing apparatus, the tribological characteristics are investigated for cast irons with three types of graphite morphologies against semi metallic friction material. The frictional coefficient of the combined compacted graphite iron and semi metallic material is found to be about the same as that of grey iron and higher than that of nodular graphite iron. It also possesses the lowest wear loss and is one of the best material to make brake disks.
