| Abstract: | University culture is spirit and blood linkage of university. It is organic coordinational system which consists of university spiritual culture, institutional culture, material culture and behavior culture. Being through a main university development, Culture inheritance and innovation is life basis point. We should active-ly explore principles of cultural construction which play leading roles and promote cultural construction with join forces in the multidimensional interaction of construction of spiritual culture, institutional culture, material culture and behavior culture. |
