地方本科院校毕业生就业意向调查分析与对策

随着大学生就业观念和就业环境的变化,毕业生择业过程中也呈现出许多新特点.为了进一步了解当代大学生的就业观念,反映当代大学生就业方面的要求,协调好大学生与用人单位的关系,使就业指导工作顺利、有效地进行,我们组织了一次有关大学生就业意向的问卷调查,对大学生在就业方面存在的普遍问题进行了剖析,并提出了一些建议对策.

Analysis and Advices on Employment Ideas of Guraduates of the College

With the change of the employment ideas and the employment environment ofgraduates, many new characteristics appeared during the process of choosing jobs for the graduates. We organized survey to an-alyze the general problems among the aspects of employment of the college students and propose some advices in order to make deep known of the present age graduates＇employment ideas, reflect their requairments, con-cert the relations between the college students and the companies.
