Abstract:Three kinds of inorganic fillers were activated by three new coupling agents. The changes of contact angle, sedimentation velocity, and FTIR of fillers were measured. A set of simple and fast surface chemistry method for evaluating the effects of surface modification of powders was developed. Appropriate coupling agents were found for various fillers.
