柴油机连杆轴瓦寿命与摩擦影响的研究

摘    要:随着现代发动机的强化,产生的交变载荷也不断增加,使得发动机轴瓦的摩擦损耗导致轴瓦疲劳破坏的现象较为常见.由于柴油机压缩比高,所以其轴瓦的润滑状态对轴瓦的疲劳寿命有很大影响.因为在传统设计中未考虑此类问题的影响,所以本文对此问题进行探讨,以求从理论上对该问题形成的原因以及解决办法进行分析.

Abstract:With the strengthening of the modern engine,the AC load has been increasing.It is common that the engine bearing axial fatigue damage is caused by the friction wear.Due to the high compression ratio of the diesel engine,this becomes more obvious.So the bearings state of lubricating plays great important role in its fatigue life.In this paper,these problems are discussed in order to explore the causes and solutions to the problem on theory.
