有关罗非鱼血液试样处理条件的研究

摘    要:为了探讨罗非鱼的血液健康诊断技术,作者对采血方法、溶血以及血浆分离前血液的放置时间和温度对血浆成分量的影响进行了研究.结果表明,1)血管采血法产生的人为误差较少,尾柄切断法切断时有肌肉混入.导致某些成分量的升高;2)溶血明显地影响血浆成分量,使用血样时应该避免使用溶血试样;3)血浆分离前血液放置时间与温度对血浆多数成分的定量有影响,采血后,应该立即分离,来不及分离时应该低温保存.

Abstract:In order to develop a diagnostic technique for assessment of the health conditions of tilapia, this paper makes a comparison of the different ways of blood sampling methods, and makes an investigation into the effects of the blood sample stained with hemolysates as well as the time period and temperature set for blood standing before plasma separation in an attempt to find out their Influence upon the findings of biochemical parameters of the plasma. It has been found that(1)blood sample taken from vessel by syringe involves fewer personal errors because this could avoid its possible mixture with fish muscle as in the case of blood sampling by caudal excision which would lead to a rise in some of the plasma components in the findings; (2)theblood sample stained with hemolysates has an obvious influence upon the findings of biochemical parameters of the plasma so that hemolysis should be avoided; (3)lengthy time period and high temperature in blood standing before plasma separation would change the findings of many plasma components during quantitative analysis so that immediate separation is recommended;and in case immediate separation is not allowed,be sure to keep the blood sample at low temperature.
