中高浓纸浆中的气体渗流实验研究

摘    要:采用自制的中高浓纸浆气体渗流试验装置,对氧气在23%~30%浓度纸浆中的渗流规律进行了研究。结果表明:23%~30%浓度纸浆的气体渗透率与浓度负相关,其规律符合中高浓纸浆渗透率与孔隙率正相关的推论。

Abstract:The Laws of oxygen seepage in 23% ~30% concentration of the mediumhigh consistency pulp is researched by self-made testing installation.The Results showed that the gas permeability tended to be negatively proportional to the gas concentration within the range of 23% to 30%,which conforms to the conclusion than the permeability is positively proportional to the porosity.
