重型车前悬架模型的建立及参数优化

摘    要:使用MSC.ADAMS软件建立了不考虑簧片间摩擦作用的钢板弹簧模型及前转向桥参数化模型。通过对前悬架双轮平行轮跳动仿真的结果进行分析,修正了板簧刚度参数。以减小主销偏距为目标对悬架参数进行了优化,为重型车整车仿真做好了准备。

Abstract:MSC.ADAMS software was used to build the leaf-spring and front suspension model.According to the analysis on parallel travel,the stiffiness paprameters of leaf-spring and suspension with a view to decrease the scrub radius were optimized,which could make provision for the finished automobile simulation.
