外电场下有限厚铁磁层隧道结中的隧穿磁电阻

摘    要:在两带模型的基础上,计算了外电场下有限厚铁磁层隧道结中的隧穿磁电阻(TMR),结果发现:隧穿磁电阻不仅随铁磁层厚度变化而振荡,而且在适当条件下能够达到相当大的值;尽管外电场引起了隧穿磁电阻振荡的周期、位相和振幅的变化,但振荡的特征以及TMR随两个铁磁层磁化矢量夹角的单调变化现象并没有因外电场的加入而改变。

Abstract:Based on the twoband model,we investigate the tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR) in ferromagentic tunnel junction covered on both sides by nonmagnetic metal layers subjected to an electric field.Our results show that TMR oscillate with the thickness of ferromagnetic layers and can reach very large value under suitable conditions.Although the electric field cause the change of the oscillation period,phase and amplitude of the TMR,a large TMR is still obtained in some situations with the electric field.Furthermore,the electric field do not change the feature that TMR varies monotonously with the change of magnetization angle of the middle ferromagnetic layer.
