东方百合杂种系愈伤组织分化小鳞茎的研究

摘    要:选用东方百合杂种系Siberia、Sorbonne和Starfight的花丝愈伤组织,接种到蔗糖浓度为30 g/L、60 g/L、90 g/L和BA 0.6 mg/L,BA 0.6 mg/L+KT 2 mg/L,BA 0.6 mg/L+KT 2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L的MS基本培养基上研究小鳞茎的分化.结果表明:Siberia和Starfight愈伤组织分化小鳞茎的最佳组合为MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+KT 2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L;Sorbonne为MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L.

Abstract:The callus of Siberia, Sorbonne and Starfight of Oriental Lily hybrids were subjected respectively to MS with cane sugar at 30 g/L,60 g/L and 90 g/L, BA 0.6 mg/L,BA 0.6 mg/L KT 2 mg/L and BA 0.6 mg/L KT 2 mg/L NAA 0.05 mg/L of hormone combinations to research the differentiation of daughter bulbs. The result showed that MS cane sugar at 30 g/L BA at 0.6 mg/L KT at 2.0mg/L NAA at 0.05 mg/L was the excellent combination of differentiating daughter bulbs on the callus of Siberia and Starfight,and MS cane sugar at 30 g/L BA at 0.6mg/L on the callus of Sorbonne.
