基于级间等强度的圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器参数优化

摘    要:本文提出以级问强度差最小为目标,对圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器进行优化设计,建立了优化设计数学模型,对实例进行计算。并将计算结果应用于工程实际中圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器的设计,取得了满意的结果,验证了本方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:This paper deyolops an optimization methematical model of the bevel gear-cylindrical gear reducer with a view to the deference minimum of the strength beteen grades.A calculation is carried out for a practicdl case and the result obtained is applied to the engineering practice of design of the bevel gear-cylindrical gear reducer with very good effect,which verifies the correctness and feasibility by this method.
