| Abstract: | In this paper the primary productivity of phytoplankton in Baohe Lake, Hefei,was determinated by meansof light and dark bottle technique.On the basis of the gross production of phytoplankton,the potential productivity of the silver and bighead carps,the rational stocking amount and stocking rate of their fingerlings were estimated. |
