大弹涂鱼研究的回顾与展望

摘    要:概述了厦门大学海洋学系20年来开展大弹涂鱼基础理论及其应用研究成果,介绍了大弹涂鱼生殖的生理生态,包括年龄生长、生殖力、性腺发育和早期发育、贮精囊结构与功能、精子的生理特性及其冷冻保存、产卵习性、耗氧率和耐低氧能力、幼鱼和成鱼食性、消化酶活性以及毒性效应等.室内水泥池和室外土池生态育苗均取得突破性进展,形成了成鱼规范化养殖操作管理规程.文中还提出了今后继续研究的思路.

Abstract:This paper reviews the academic and practical achievement made by the department of oceanography in the past 20 years in the mudskipper Boleophthalmus pectinirostris. Reproductive physioecology of this species is described, including age and growth, fecundity, gonadal development, embryonic and larval development, structure and function, physiological characteristics and cryopreservation of sperm, spawning habit, rate of oxygen consumption and tolerance of hypoxia, feeding habits of the young and adult fishes, activities of digestive enzymes and toxic effect. Great achievements of fry production in indoor cement pool and outdoor earth pond have been made. Farming standardization has been established. The ideas for further investigation are put forward.
